NIFTY ELLIOTT WAVE LATEST PATTERN

BULLS BEWARE!

Nifty closed above 38.2% retracement level (5720) at 5742. next resistance is at 5790 and 5861. These two level will set the major direction of nifty. I am giving below nifty weekly chart which is showing possible direction of nifty as per Elliott wave theory. Where so many Elliott wave analyst are giving upside view towards 6500 but I have opposite view. I expect a big major down trend on nifty in coming time but condition apply.

If nifty does not break the top of its previous down leg which comes at 6093 in 11 days then beware tsunami is coming soon. 4 days are already passed now 7 days left. Therefor consider nifty should not consider 6093 level in next 7 days. If break then I will post another wave scenario, otherwise this view will remain valid.

So bulls should beware and bears should beware above 6093 level.  So nifty may reverse down again from any of these two level 5790 and 5861.

आंखों में खून उतर आया!
मुख रक्त-वर्ण हो दमक उठा
दमकी उनकी रक्तिम काया!

आजानु-बाहु ऊँची करके,
वे बोले, "रक्त मुझे देना।
इसके बदले भारत की
आज़ादी तुम मुझसे लेना।"

हो गई सभा में उथल-पुथल,
सीने में दिल न समाते थे।
स्वर इनकलाब के नारों के
कोसों तक छाए जाते थे।

“हम देंगे-देंगे खून”
शब्द बस यही सुनाई देते थे।
रण में जाने को युवक खड़े
तैयार दिखाई देते थे।

बोले सुभाष, "इस तरह नहीं,
बातों से मतलब सरता है।
लो, यह कागज़, है कौन यहॉं
आकर हस्ताक्षर करता है?

इसको भरनेवाले जन को
सर्वस्व-समर्पण काना है।
अपना तन-मन-धन-जन-जीवन
माता को अर्पण करना है।

पर यह साधारण पत्र नहीं,
आज़ादी का परवाना है।
इस पर तुमको अपने तन का
कुछ उज्जवल रक्त गिराना है!

वह आगे आए जिसके तन में
खून भारतीय बहता हो।
वह आगे आए जो अपने को
हिंदुस्तानी कहता हो!

वह आगे आए, जो इस पर
खूनी हस्ताक्षर करता हो!
मैं कफ़न बढ़ाता हूँ, आए
जो इसको हँसकर लेता हो!"

सारी जनता हुंकार उठी-
हम आते हैं, हम आते हैं!
माता के चरणों में यह लो,
हम अपना रक्त चढाते हैं!

साहस से बढ़े युबक उस दिन,
देखा, बढ़ते ही आते थे!
चाकू-छुरी कटारियों से,
वे अपना रक्त गिराते थे!

फिर उस रक्त की स्याही में,
वे अपनी कलम डुबाते थे!
आज़ादी के परवाने पर
हस्ताक्षर करते जाते थे!

उस दिन तारों ने देखा था
हिंदुस्तानी विश्वास नया।
जब लिक्खा महा रणवीरों ने
ख़ूँ से अपना इतिहास नया।

As long as price sustain above 770 levels short term bounce back is expected as shown in chart below. Price move today with positive bias and a move above today's high ( 811.60 ) provide the price confirmation and it can move higher towards 38.2% retracement which comes near 860 levels. However, move below 770 will extend wave iii on downside.

NIFTY CURRENT UPDATE

Two days back we indicated upward direction in very short term. Nifty gave a very sharp upmove today and closed at 5703. As per wave perspective count is very conflicting where RSI and bar technique with positive bias is showing strong reversal. Fiis sold index future worth rs 292 crores and open interest decreased by 5% indicating Fiis are not too much confident on this upmove. 6000 strick price call option has highest open interest in the current series, around the same level falling upper channel line is coming as shown in chart below, indicating maximum upper boundary for this series. But it doesn't mean that I am saying that nifty may jump to this level. 

A move above 5720 will give confirm direction, where as a move below 5550 will indicate a sharp fall upto 5200.

bang on. enjoy. today it kissed 151.65 and closed at its near day high.
